Pamela "Pam" M. Scott of Greencastle died at the scene of the crash on Williamson Road around 8:20 a.m. on July 17, according to state police.

Pam had been driving a 2004 Jeep Wrangler east in Antrim Township when she crossed over the double yellow lines and struck a 2023 Kenworth TJ tractor operated by 40-year-old Emeryck M. Bender of Shippensburg, PSP detailed in the release.

The force of the crash caused Pam's Wrangler to spin out, roll over onto the driver's side, and land 180 degrees in the opposite degree — straddling the fog line, the police explained.

Emeryck was unharmed, but both vehicles had disabling damage requiring them to be towed from the scene.

Pam is already being mourned by her friends and family, who have been sharing their loss on social media. Her granddaughter called her a "beautiful angel" and a friend wrote, "I know that where ever you may be you are glowing in a new space."

Pam attended Greencastle Antrim High School and is survived by her family, according to her social media.

Her official obituary had not been released at the time of publication.

Daily Voice has reached out to the family to express our condolences.
